Irritec S.p.A., in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, offers all individuals working with or collaborating with the company the opportunity to report, even anonymously, any misconduct and/or violations through an online platform that allows detailed and concrete submissions.
By adopting this tool, we aim to prevent non-compliant behavior or irregularities within the organization and to actively involve every stakeholder in the fight against unlawful conduct, promoting responsible and proactive participation.
Through the platform, it is also possible to submit harassment reports by filling out the Harassment form.
